So Far The Best Serum For My Skin

My facial specialist recommended me to try this serum about a year ago and it really helped to keep my skin hydrated and soft without making it oily as some other serums did before. I have mixed type of skin: some areas are more dry than others and some are more oily. And so far this serum was the most satisfying for me. I used to use it twice a day (morning and night) after cleansing my face with a cleanser, though now I use retinol night cream before going to bed, so the serum is left for the morning to keep my skin moisturized and hydrated. I wish it was less expensive though as one bottle lasts for only 2 months for me.

I’ve been using this for a month now. Not sure if I notice a “wow” difference, but I do think my skin is brighter & doesn’t seem to be as dry. Help with dryness was main reason for this product purchase. When I first received this product it had leaked. Inside of product packaging, not due to shipping damage. When I’ve used vitamin c in the past, it was too harsh for my skin. So far I haven’t noticed this reaction with this product. My skin does feel tight after putting it on, though, and I’m not too crazy about the smell, but I plan to continue using this serum & see what happens. I have mature skin that’s dry & sensitive.

After several weeks of repeated use, I have come to the conclusion that Vitamin C works wonders for the face. I use this serum after the cleanser and toner by pumping one or two dollops in the palm and blending it out on face and neck. The serum leaves a glow, and the next morning, skin has improved clarity. It helps with evening out discoloration and heals those occasional spots. It even works on milia near the eye and nose area by reducing the appearance and flattening the little bumps. Skin looks vibrant and behaves with ongoing use. The scent is not the greatest, but it is tolerable once you start using it daily. There may be a little tingling sensation upon application.
