I use this and the phyto ampules of serum for the scalp, and I think it’s making a difference. My hair colorist said she can see a lot of tiny little hairs growing all my scalp. I'm not sure about some ingredients - hydrogenated soybean oil, that doesn’t sound good and I have to be careful due to some health concerns, but I am willing to try it and see, I’ve used 2 bottles so far and will order more, I’ll see what the next few month brings.

have not experienced any additional growth in hair or nails. I have been eager to try this product with the setup and the shampoo and I read that the combination would yield strong results but I took photos and there's nothing. I experienced 5-6 days of disrupted skin, but it cleared up and so did my upset stomach so overall I tolerated these okay. I was waiting for results and went past the return guarantee since it takes a little longer to possibly see results per the directives. Well, better for other nutrition plans maybe.
