This conditioner (as well as the Hydrate Shampoo) were recommended to me many years ago by a hair stylist, and I have used them both ever since. No other conditioner I have tried works as well. The conditioner does what it says (hydrates) without weighing my hair down. My hair is hi-lighted so without a quality conditioner, it would not be glossy and healthy. My other favorite thing about it is that I am highly sensitive to fragrance so am unable to enjoy most products that have any scent. This one has a natural peppermint smell that both my husband and I (who is not sensitive to fragrance) love. I comb it through my hair in the shower after shampooing and then usually leave it on for a couple minutes while shaving my legs before rinsing, but it also seems fine to rinse out immediately when I am in a hurry. This conditioner is perfect for me, and I buy it in the big bottle and use a pump with it.

I like the regular Hydrate conditioner in the winter when my hair gets extra dry, but the Sheer formula is perfect for spring and summer. The only thing I don't love is the fragrance. Its not quite the same as the sheer hydrate shampoo and kind of smells like pencil shavings at first before turning into a minty scent.
