Very disappointed
I stopped using Latisse because it made the skin surrounding my eyes dark and gray looking, though it made my lashes amazing. I didn't use any lash enhancing product for over a year, and I was hoping for better with this product after all the positive reviews. Made no improvement in my lashes and made the skin around my eyes, particularly my upper lids, very red and the veins became very prominent. Even heavy concealer did little to hide the discoloration. Also stung, with a burning sensation. Additionally, the applicator is terrible. A big, expensive, disappointing waste of money.

Darkened skin around eyes
I stopped using the serum after a week because I noticed that the skin around my eyes began to darken. I looked tired. Because of the short amount of time, I did not see any difference in eyelash growth.

Unfortunately, I was unable to use this product because after just two nights of applications, my eyelids were red and irritated. Later, I received a sample of RetivaLash, and I had no irritation with that brand. I've been using it for a couple of weeks and already see improvement in my lashes, so I'm planning to buy more.

Burning Eyes
I have used Latisse in the past with no issues. One week of using this product, and I am done. Due to the positive reviews others have left, I am assuming I am having an allergic reaction to this product. Every night, I have burning eyes to the point I feel like my eyelids are swelling and my eyes are on fire. I have only applied 1x per day to clean eyes and made sure to not over apply, and no success. Disappointed after spending $70 on something I can’t use.

Made my eyes sting
I was hoping this serum would work as it has good reviews. But turns out, it is just too much for my sensitive eyes. My eyes burned when I put it on, so I cannot use it. I have never had to return a product to LovelySkin, but I had to return this one and am grateful for the company for refunding me, as it is a pricey item. If you don't have sensitive eyes, it may work for you.

Irritated My Lashline
This product irritated my lashline to the point that it looked like I was wearing faint red eyeliner - even after just one use. I tried taking breaks from the product, but every time I tried using it again it would irritate my lashline. I even tried using it consistently to see if my skin would adjust and stop being irritated, but after about two weeks there was no change. And, yes, my face was clean. I didn't even wear mascara the entire month I tried it - there was no make-up residue on my lashes. I can't say whether the product works or not, because I wasn't able to use it enough for it to make a difference. Very disappointed that this product didn't work for me.
