Bottle Design Doesn't Work
This is very difficult to squeeze out of the bottle, especially after you have used about half of the contents. I have had to waste quite a bit of conditioner due to not being able to squeeze it out. Too expensive to waste, please redesign the bottle so it is easy to get the contents out.

Knuckle Busting Containers!
I have used Alterna for many years and in many different formulas. I don't have problems with the conditioner, but the containers Alterna are using now are almost comically difficult to get the product out. One time the conditioner would not come out of the container (even after 30 min of being upside down) so - being stranded in the shower under running water - I stepped on it and at least half a cup squirted out. Not happy to see expensive product wasted just to get a product out of a container. There is a lot of competition out there for hair products, so I suggest the company seriously rethink its packaging. I certainly will consider that in future purchases.
