Dissolves makeup quickly
This makeup remover is gentle and dissolves eye makeup easily. I dont tend to wear much make up on my face but i do use this remover to sweep over my face once Im done with my eyes. It removes makeup on both eyes in less than 30 seconds and has worked well with friends who wear waterproof.
