Didn't work
I tried this gentle eye makeup remover for the first time and it was basically useless. I only wear pencil eye liner and using cotton wipes and I good amount of the product, nothing cane off.

Gentle but does not remove eye makeup very well
Had high hopes based on the gentle ingredients but product leaves eye make residuals. Plus bottle is difficult when trying to dispense on cotton balls. Tried to return item but learned the manufacturer does not do returns on their products. That is concerning that satisfaction is not guaranteed. Be warned when purchasing.
