I was prepared to feel a bit silly for purchasing canned water, but it's every bit as soothing and effective as others report. I love this. I was using a different brand when I discovered a clinical trial was done with the Avene brand thermal spring water. There is a bacteria in it that apparently helps with eczema and redness. It truly helps to calm my skin, and feel better. Give it a try!
