Started out great

When I first started using this product it was great. Loved the smell and my skin was so soft. Unfortunately after 2 weeks I can not get it out of the tube. It's too thick and it keeps getting clogged up! I've tried everything to get it to unclog but to no avail. It gets clogged right back up. So 3/4 of the tube is unusable.
