I am not really sure why this is so highly rated. Honestly I have been using the sensitive brush heads for years now (I do so because of the photo demonstrating how much cleaner a face gets vs. hands or washcloth) and just recently purchased the radiance brush head to try. I see the great reviews but I think my skin looks better after using a good quality exfoliator product instead of any of these brush heads. The radiance brush head is light and fluffy and does not at all feel like it is doing anything to deep clean my face. They are also pretty expensive -- buying 4 of them in a years time on top of the price of the unit. Theres gotta be a better way!
