I use the Colorescience Brush-On Shield 50 and I like that a lot. I thought I would give this a try. I found it to be just the right consistency for everyday use on my face. It is a little thicker than what I was using and it covers some imperfections as well as providing the best sun protection. I use the darkest tint. When I smooth it in, it has a very nice shade. I also like to sometimes use the Colorescience Brush-On Shield 50 In the darkest tint, on top of this for some extra color. I just adore these products, both for sun protection and beauty.

I purchased the bronze color which is too dark for my complexion. My tone is light to medium with neutral undertones. To remedy to problem I blend with the another untinted sunscreen. Gives me a beautiful pop of bronze color. Not greasy at all and looks great on my face. I gave 4 out of 5 stars because I feel the bronze is a little dark to be a universal tint. I prefer this product to the skinceuticals which has a more watery formula.

I am very into a radiant finish. Showing my skins texture/pores does not bother me. I feel it actually emphasis healthy skin. I purchase any product that provides a glow. However, there is too much in this product. The consistency is wonderful and easy to apply. Very smooth. No awful smell. It just provides too much of a slick look. It is lightweight, not heavy and gooey like some others, and the bit of color is nice since I don't wear foundation. I put it on with a makeup round sponge.....I just shake the bottle, and pour some on the sponge and apply. Keeps my fingers clean and just that little trick has helped me to be consistent in applying to my face before my day begins.

I have dry skin and this formula is quite nice. My only complaint is that it is way too dark in color for me. I suppose I thought "bronze" meant a nice bronzed look, but not so dark. I was wrong. I should have ordered the original tint. So bottom line be very careful about the color you order. I am a light skin tone.

I am a sunscreen addict. Mostly because I have sun spots/age spots that have developed over the years. I love that this is SPF 50 PA+++. But I can't attest to how well it works since I haven't spent much time in the sun as of yet. I do love the consistency of the product and it does sit well under foundation. BUT the color was not what I was hoping for. It's really pale pink and I was hoping for something a little more skin tone. It does spread well so under foundation, it's good but I would not be able to wear it alone so that's why it lost 1 star.
