My 6th tube
I live most of the year in Mexico in the sun and this is the best facial sunscreen. It goes on super smooth, covers small imperfections and stays on through sweating and swimming and doesn’t irritate my skin or cause breakouts. It will rub off on clothes or towels so be aware. Comes off easily with makeup remover towelettes.

LOVE this primer
I love this primer. It's truly my all-in-one solution. I don't like wearing makeup, and have pretty resilient skin. BUT - I want sunscreen as protection daily. So I've used this as my sunscreen and makeup everyday. No need for foundation or concealer...sometimes a little lip color, but that's it! It's very matte finish (even after 12+ hours) and blends into my skin really nicely. Never looks white, but is still zinc ingredients. I do notice I have to wash my face twice at night to get it off, but I like that part... it means the sunscreen is still there at the end of the day! Overall, love love this stuff!

The Blend
I’ve used numerous SPF creams,ointments, and sprays in the past 27 years. COTZ ( recommended by my dermatologist) has been the protection I have used for several years. The coverage and durability ( one application per day) are superlative. My favorite attribute for the tinted face primer I use is the ease and feel of applying it. There isn’t any noticeable oil in it hence it doesn’t feel greasy at all and no burning around the eyes at the end of the day. The tinted version blends in with my natural skin color so it’s hard to tell if it’s on my face. The other products I’ve used in the past made my face shine. I look forward to con continued use and new formulas.

Best tinted face sunscreen!
My dermatologist recommended Cotz as a great sunscreen. The best thing is that it comes as a primer + SPF 40 protection. A little bit goes a long way and I absolutely love this product. I use it religiously every day rain or shine and need no extra foundation in the summer. I do use compact foundation in the fall and winter after applying Cotz for an extra finish look.

Best Sun Protection
This is the best facial sun protection I've found. It goes on silky smooth. No greasy feel. I live in Florida and had to have a face peel due to sun damage. This cream does the trick in protecting my face from further damage. The tinted version smooths out my complexion and blends in nicely, even with my fair skin. I highly recommend it.

The tint on this one is perfect. Not orange-y, not too dark, no white hue. I have a light olive skin tone and this blends perfectly. I've never used a primer before and don't wear make-up, but after reading reviews, this seemed like the best choice. So happy I tried it! Much better than other mineral sunscreens. Alos, I have extremely reactive/sensitive skin and this caused no break-outs or irritations!

My favorite sunscreen!
I can't be bothered with coverup, but tinted sunscreen is my jam! I actually mix this shade with the untinted from COTZ, as the color is too dark/orange for my skin on its own. Half and half looks great though, and I absolutely love the coverage - it goes on smoothly and subtly evens out skin tone. You can add more for more sun protection and more coverage. It does tend to rub off on the collars of my coats in winter, sometimes I use a bit of sunscreen powder to "set" it and that seems to work.

I’ve searched for a long time to find a daily facial sunscreen like this! I relied on positive reviews and so would be remiss to not share how over the moon I am to have found this product. It ticks all of my boxes; mineral based, high SPF, sheer/non-oily, non-irritating and non-sticky. I have had breakouts with certain sunscreens, others have felt too oily or sticky to wear, but this feels so good on my face and has been so gentle on my skin. I’m so happy I can wear SPF on my face without second thought to any irritation. I’ve been using the product for four weeks and just reordered - it’s not running low yet but I don’t want to be without this for a day. Since I started using it I’ve actually not worn any facial makeup, as I really do like the tint effect. It’s subtle but just enough to even the skin. INCREDIBLE! It washes off pretty easily; I wouldn’t say it’s drying as such but I do feel that the more moisturized my face is from the night before (PM moisturizer/serum), the easier it goes on to the skin. My face was really dry one day from the cleanser I use and forgetting to moisturize and it was a little hard to rub the sunscreen into my skin. But I think this is a great motivation to remember to moisturize! My one question mark is around whether this would work for darker skin tones. I am Caucasian, olive skinned, but I am always mindful of supporting companies that embrace the diversity of skin colors so if this wasn’t to work with brown/black skin this would be a great shame and would encourage me to look to support another company more representative.

This is perfect for my medium dark skin. I have oily skin and it mattifies my T-zone perfectly. It also applies great if I'm wearing powder or liquid foundation. No white cast for me which is what I need since all I can do is mineral sunscreen due to sensitivity. I highly recommend.

Love this sunscreen
It’s light textured and the color fits my light-medium cool skin tone. It looks a little orange going on but it ends up being a neutral beige color and evens out my skin tone nicely. It feels exactly like the primer it is. I always have the feeling it isn’t working because it feels so light but it does work. I have a backup and that says something. I must say it’s not the only one I have in my rotation. The cost is a little high for me. But it is pretty divine.

Nice blurring effect
This goes on like mousse and becomes invisible --but better--on my medium skin. It has a blurring effect that makes my pores less visible. I appreciate that it's not as light as so many other tinted sunscreens. I use this on my son too and I've noticed his mask tan lines fading so even though I'm not around to reapply, it seems to last longer than other sunscreens.

In general I have very reactive, sensitive facial skin and eyes, but I have found this to be a very nice and non-irritating sunscreen. Goes on easily and smoothly. No cast whatsoever. It has a dark tint which I was a little worried about when I first saw it, but it blends completely into my fair skin. Does not cause me any breakouts or clogged pores. Gives a very slight coverage, which means for more casual days I can just wear this over my moisturizer, and skip foundation. Also works well for my husband, who has a much darker skin tone than me. Only drawback is that it doesn't completely wash off with my gentle cream cleanser, however I find that this hasn't caused any breakouts or problems, so I just accept that maybe a little of this sunscreen remaining over washing is ok. Perhaps for others with a foaming cleanser, this won't even be an issue. Recently went for a 2 hour sweaty bike ride in the midday sun and thanks to this sunscreen I didn't get burnt at all. Not even slightly pink.
