I really wanted to give it 5 stars, but...
The pluses out weight the one (biggie) negative. The balm is beautifully smooth and creamy going on. The flavor/scent is wonderful. I love it (so far). The physical ingredients, not chemical. Then there is the beige, drab color of the balm; not flattering. It should be more pinkish. I 100% do not like the color. I'm tempted to keep it, but the dreadful dead color is very close to being the sole deal breaker of an otherwise nearly perfect balm. Heads up COTZ....this one needs to go back to the drawing board!

Protective, but gingery
I like the protection and non-white color on my lips. It does have a ginger scent, which was an interesting surprise, so if ginger’s not your thing, you might want to try a different lip sunscreen.

Lovely spf lip balm
I really like this lip balm. It is a brownish color. When applied lightly it doesn't leave any visible cast. Sometimes when I apply it a little more heavily I then add a little lipstick, to achieve a more natural lip color. It glides on easily, blends well with lipstick, and stays on well. Not super hydrating, but also not drying.

Moisturizes - wish it came in more tints
This works well and sticks on through long runs. I am almost the same color as the balm and my only dislike is that it makes my lips disappear. I wouldn't wear this just around without lipstick on top but it's perfect for running when I don't care what I look like. I would buy more of these if they came in more natural lip colors.

Goes on smoothly, but why add ginger?
I would have really enjoyed this balm, but I'm a bit miffed about the added ginger oil and undetermined flavor. I would have preferred a product without these, as I'm concerned about possible sensitization. (That's on me though because did not read the ingredients carefully enough.) Otherwise, goes on smoothly and has a light tint that prevents any white cast.

Good if you just want a sunscreen
I purchased this because it said it had a tint, but I don't see any color or shine. I was really disappointed as I already have lip sunscreen but wanted something with color. I would not recommend if you are hoping for a tint because there is none. I even have my husband use it and may give it to him.

Great Lip SPF
This is one of my favorite SPF lip products. More lip products than I realized are not broad spectrum, but this one is. I know some people complain about the color but I think its quite a good neutral. The color on me is a peachy/orangey brown. So it looks more natural than the white cast from other mineral lip SPF. It's not drying at all but only lightly to possibly medium moisturizing.
