Good coverage
I've been using a heavy Dermablend concealer to cover a facial scar from surgery for many years. This is a lighter, more cosmetic formula and I purchased it for dark circles and to cover some age spots. It is creamy, and not too heavy. It doesn't hide age spots completely because it is a lighter formula. But I like the brand and this product, and I returned another expensive brand concealer and will keep this one.

The coverage is good, was pleasantly surprised. I have looked far and wide trying to find a concealer that would cover a broken capillary that is due to rosacea. I apply makeup and put a dab of concealer on the tiny area I want to conceal. I do not smooth it until after I apply eye makeup. Very pleased.

Nice coverage but color different than I expected

I am a very strange problem with the skin under my eyes turning red for over 3 months and 7 doctors. It is nearly impossible to cover when I try to go out. But this concealer is the best thing available. It does crack a bit after a while, but at least I can cover the redness for a few hours.

Coverage is pretty good!
It was so difficult trying to discover what shade to order. I looked at different shade guides, filled out "foundation finder" questionnaires, and it was still challenging to select a shade. in the long run, I think the color I finally selected wasn't really quite right. Nonetheless, I like the product and have figured out how to make the most of it. The coverage is good and seems to last. It would be so helpful if manufacturers of cosmetics made accurate shade guides.

Concealer that lasts all day
I've used Dermablend concealer for years and haven't found any other brand that works as well to cover the dark circles around my eyes. I liked the original formula better as it was far easier to apply evenly, which is why I only gave the new version 4 stars. The new formula is heavily pigmented and thicker than the original. A TINY bit goes a long way and it took a lot of practice to figure out how to get it on smoothly. If it's too thickly applied, it looks cakey. I finally resorted to using a small eyeshadow brush to place tiny dots along the area I wanted to cover and then used my finger to stipple back and forth across them until blended. I also use a tiny bit of colorless powder to set it and it holds well all day - even in Arizona summertime heat!

I ordered this Dermablend concealer to hide some sun spots on my face. It has given great coverage on my face plus under my eyes where I have dark circles (hereditary). I suggest if in doubt about the correct shade, to go with the lighter shade.
