I’m sure this is affective for most people, but not for me
I have facial scars from an accident. I was hoping this dermablend product would help cover them, but it doesn’t. When I initially apply it, the scars are covered, but when I attempt to blend the makeup to make it appear more natural, the scars reappear. I also tried covering scars on my leg from the same accident and the same thing happened. Apply it thickly and the scar is covered, start to blend it for a more natural appearance and the scar is uncovered. So based on reviews it might work for some, but not for me.

Not the Best Cover Cream
I didn’t find that this product covered as smoothly as I hoped over my recent eye surgery scars. It didn’t blend well, and settled into the creases right away, even with the bare minimum of moisturizer underneath.

Wrong color
I tried to get another color but they were out of stock so I bought something close. It does not look good on me and it's very hard to blend.

DermaBlend
I really don't like it all over my face because is shows wrinkles. I only use it in small spots to cover, but probably could have done that with a small coverup stick.

not as good as I thought it would be
The product is a bit thick and dry, can be a bit blotchy. Need to reapply every hour. Don't like it, but don't hate it

Dermablend
Good coverage but doesn't spread smoothly around my face, wish it was creamier.

Too thick. . .
I tried this because I needed something to cover up my hyper-pigmentation from acne. The lightest shade that I tried was a little too pink-toned. It was difficult to apply with my fingers. . .perhaps I could blend it better with one of my face brushes. I would recommend using a small amount, and get color matched first!

Not what I expected
The cover cream is OK. Its definitely not 16 hour wear. It lasts 6 to 7 hours but it is oily so you well I had to blot my face twice. In the seventh hour whatever flaws you have covering begin to break through at least for me it does. I have hyperpigmentation on my cheekbones blood pressure medication that left my skin uneven and also dark circles under my eyes. It does transfer easily on fingers, clothes or bedding so be careful hugging people. The spf of 30 is a good thing. Overall its a OK product. It will last you a very long time because it is very pigmented and a very little goes a long way. I tried it just with a primer and also with a color corrector and a concealer and it breaks down around 6 or 7 hours after application and it is oily its not mortifying. I guess everyone is different so you have to try it for yourself. Oh and yes I did use a setting powder but it still broke down at the 6th to 7th hour.

I may be expecting too much...
I purchased this product to cover scars and find that it does a so-so job of it. My scars are purplish in places, so it may be more than this product is capable of covering. I also find that it rubs off on clothing rather easily. Ive tried using a powder to "set" it, and that does help...a bit. Bottom line for me is that this is not nirvana for my needs.
