Nice and definitely not irritating
I can’t decide how I feel about this product. It’s definitely soothing & causes no irritation but I can’t figure out how it is exfoliates because there really are no particles in it that you can feel at all. It turns immediately into a soft paste. With the original powder exfoliant from this brand, you can definitely feel gentle scrubbing but not with this product. Not sure what it’s actually doing??

Very mild, compared to the other exfoliants in this line. Gently on skin, smells good! I think it is much gentler to the skin but with the same results. LOVE IT!

Slow return process
I tried to return this item unopened. I had to email them my request and it took them four days to decide if I could even return it. Despite what the website states, it is not an easy return process even for unopened items. I won’t shop here again.

Great For Sensitive Skin.
I have been using for years Daily Microfoliant and been happy with it. Since the starting of wearing masks and using Retinol products my skin has become more sensitive and red. I spoke to someone in customer service that suggested this would be better for me to use. I use it 3 times a week and my skin is so soft and less red. I also have noticed less breakouts.

It is not irritating
I just started using this. I have super sensitive skin and this product does not seem to irritate my skin, so that is a real plus. The dispensing is tricky. I wish they had put it in something to scoop out the desired amount vs having to pour.
