Hard on Skin
It's ok. I was looking for a physical exfoliant since I got rid of my Clarisonic. This is ok. It has small beads, but they can get rough if you use some elbow grease. But overall the chemicals feel a bit harsh on my skin (and my skin likes exfoliation). It also has a chemical taste if it gets in/near your mouth (I know, I know, but it happens).
