I have been using the cream both night and morning. I really have not seen any difference in my arm skin but I really don't think I have used it enough to see improvement. I will keep using it and will hopefully see a difference soon!

Love the lotion
In I love the lotion. I need to use it because of my fragile skin, but it is extremely expensive in my opinion. My friends won’t buy it because it’s too expensive also. I am trying Another less expensive product, which seems to be working just as good.

I did not find this to work any better than other moisturizers. It is thin and absorbs quickly, but does not seem to provide as much moisture to my skin as others that are less expensive. The tube is smaller in size and the price is higher. I cannot notice any difference in my skin, but maybe I have not been using it for long enough. I'm not sure I will purchase this again.

Good moisturizer
After my dermatologist said I have senile purpura, I started using Dermend. It is too early to see improvement in my bruising but the lotion is quite moisturizing, absorbs quickly without a greasy feeling. I will definitely continue to use it twice daily.

My dermatologist told me that it takes two years of twice a day application to really notice the thickening of skin. I’ve been doing it for about eight months. And I do see a difference. I’m just patient and I will re-review this again in another six months or so. my skin does seem a little thicker and a little less prone to injury.
