I find that it helps remove the dead skin cell buildup from summer months when I don't exfoliate much (I live near the beach). I can use these daily as they aren't harsh or irritating. You have lots of options on how often/when you use these pads and they are definitely great for most, if not all skin types. Highly recommend! I have been getting peels for 30 years - Perfect Peel, TCA peels, microdermabrasion and my skin is used to aggressive treatment. This peel doesn't sting or do much - no peeling. My facialist moved up north and I've been trying all these extra strength peels for 7 months during Covid. I wish there was a stronger peel - much stronger. I'll finish up the box of pads and I guess look for another facialist in a safe environment. If you have sensitive skin and only want a light peel, this peel is for you - easy to apply and takes less than 5 minutes to apply and neutralize.
