Dr Dennis Gross’s alpha beta peel
I purchased the Alpha Beta Daily Peel to try for the first time. I’m almost 70 and have used Retin A cream since I participated in a study before age 30. I was a little leery of irritation, but I was pleasantly surprised that the peel was not aggravating at all, and I loved how my skin looked afterwards. I now use the peel a couple of days a week when I don’t use Retin A and really, really like it—plan to keep purchasing!!

I have been using this for a few weeks now and even though it is extra strength, it is not harsh on my skin. There was a bit of purging the first week or so and that is expected. It is a nice exfoliator. I’m hoping for even better results long term. For the record, I do not have sensitive skin and it is combination oily.

Holy Grail for anti aging and evening skin tone.
I use these peel pads two to three times a week. This product was recommended by my esthetician for my hyperpigmentation and acne scars. I have used consistently for a few months, and my skin is smoother and the scarring is fading. My skin tone appears more even and dewy. These pads can be drying, so you need a heavy moisturizer. Since I struggle with acne, I use the Obagi theraputic moisturizer successfully. These pads, plus Skin Medica Lytera 2.0, has improved my skin in the past two months far more than expensive med spa treatments did.

OK, I admit that burning isn't a good thing, but this stuff does pass the tingle threshold, but probably because I also use a prescription retinoid daily. I'm smart enough to use these Extra Strength Alpha Beta Peel pads only twice or three time per week. And when I do, my skin is awoken to a wonderful glow. Whenever my skin is looking a bit dull or blah, I use this and my skin feels and looks much brighter. It also improves the texture of my skin, making it smoother and clearer, which I am loving.

Effective but not harsh
These wipes are really effective at cleaning and making skin glow but are not harsh or abrasive. After use, my skin feels like the pores have been cleaned and tightened and my dry skin is soft. Plus, the packets are easy to carry in a purse for after the gym or to put in a suitcase when traveling.

I am a huge fan of the original strength Dr. Dennis Gross Alpha Beta pads, and decided to go a little stronger. I only used these pads on Mon, Wed and Friday for one week. It burned the hell out of my skin and I had dry patches for weeks. I'll stick to the original.
