Even though the product is "Extra Strength" it absolutely can be used daily, as stated in the product name. It is gentle, but definitely works, and the whole process takes but a few minutes. I should add that I have really challenging skin (aging, sensitive, acne prone) and I didn’t have any adverse effects- didn’t solve all my issues either. I had no issues using this product daily (no burning or peeling) but did continue with a few stubborn breakouts despite more than three months of use. I still think it’s worth trying- if your skin is generally clear and your main issue is dullness I think this would be a wonderful product.

These weren’t strong enough to do much to my skin. My skin is very resilient and used to peels though so maybe that is why. These pads didn’t sting or irritate my skin and they were non-drying. The pkg says can be used every day so it’s more on the gentle side, not really peeling.
