Really liked the ease of use water reservoir, simple start/stop switch, and portability with nice handle to carry and easy storage size. Unfortunately, the steam only lasts for 6 1/2 minutes, not anywhere near the 9 minutes listed in the description. Also, the steam was not continuous and stopped every minute and a half or so. This means maybe 6 minutes of steam time. With the auto shut off (a positive in general) I couldn't just extend steam time to make up for the lost steam time.

Awesome mist, not durable
My sinuses loved the wonderful warm mist! Unfortunately the water reservoir broke in the first few weeks. LovelySkin sent out another one pronto so hopefully this one will last longer. I used a hydrogel mask then utilized the steamer to help it to penetrate. I loved the results! I may try a different brand if this one tears up as it is much cheaper than the Dr. Gross.
