Painful!
I was very pleased to see that this eye make-up remover got an excellent rating on the Yuka app (so no terrible ingredients), but unfortunately it burns like crazy, so I won't reorder. It works, yes, but the stinging is so bad that I actually thought that I'd accidentally ordered some kind of toner and put it on my eyes. Even with the versions you get in department stores that do not rate well for things like endocrine disrupters, or carcinogens, I have never had an eye make-up remover burn my eyes before. Also, I'm not at all sensitive -- I could put motor oil on my face and it wouldn't hurt me (though I wouldn't do that!). So, disappointed.

Gentle, Yet Effective
I have tried countless different eye makeup removers and I always come back to this one from Dr. Hauschka. Once you shake the bottle, it really does a good job of getting off waterproof eyeliner & mascara (and even pesky eyelash glue!), while still being gentle on the eye area. I also really love that it does not sting like a lot of other natural eye makeup removers! It does leave a very slight cleansing residue, so I only use this at night for removing eye makeup.

Disappointing
This doesn't remove waterproof mascara. Period! Even if applied and left on for five minutes, it doesn't work. Sorry I wasted my money.

Gentle and Effective
I have been using Dr. Hauschka products exclusively for a very long time and love them all. I have recently been using the Eye Make-Up Remover and have found it lives up to the high standards of Dr. Hauschka. It is very gentle and effective at removing eye makeup, no scrubbing is necessary which is hard on delicate eyelid tissue. I can highly recommend this product!
