Painful!
I was very pleased to see that this eye make-up remover got an excellent rating on the Yuka app (so no terrible ingredients), but unfortunately it burns like crazy, so I won't reorder. It works, yes, but the stinging is so bad that I actually thought that I'd accidentally ordered some kind of toner and put it on my eyes. Even with the versions you get in department stores that do not rate well for things like endocrine disrupters, or carcinogens, I have never had an eye make-up remover burn my eyes before. Also, I'm not at all sensitive -- I could put motor oil on my face and it wouldn't hurt me (though I wouldn't do that!). So, disappointed.

Disappointing
This doesn't remove waterproof mascara. Period! Even if applied and left on for five minutes, it doesn't work. Sorry I wasted my money.
