I've used it before. Knowing that LovelySkin had it for purchase, I ordered it. It has an outstanding feel to it among other cleaning products I've used. Some caution though, it may melt a bit if left in the house when the heat is hot or the weather is hot. But it still works great. The only downside might be a little bit of irritation when it comes in contact with the eyes, overall the experience of using it is great. It also emulsifies well and doesn't dry out the skin. It is also ideal for sensitive skin.

This is my second jar of the naked cleansing balm. It’s amazing at removing make-up, sunscreen and whatever else ends up on your face throughout the day. I use this as the first step in my double cleansing routine. I prefer it to micellar water because it doesn’t pull on my eyes when removing mascara, it glides right over. It’s gentle and effective. I follow it up with Vanicream cleanser and my skin looks/feels great. Not dry or tight. I like the unscented (haven’t tried the scented versions). I was nervous to use a balm on my acne prone skin, but there have been zero issue with breakouts. For reference, I’m 44 and tend to be both oily and sensitive. It’s pricey, but you only need a little dab, so the jar lasts me several months.

This has a really nice rose smell, classic old school rose scent I would say. I love it, but I love rose scent. It is strongly scented. It is a nice texture, and very thick and oily. It seems to clean well and leaves my skin moisturized. I like how thick it is for doing facial massage as it does not evaporate or dry and pull/ drag. I very dry, red, angry, roasacea prone, sensitive skin. Cleansing balms work best for me as gels and other cleansers dry my face out too much. This one is good - I appreciate that it is fragrance free, it leaves my skin soft and happy, and it does a good job removing foundation, blush, etc. It does only an ok job with waterproof eye liner and mascara, hence the 4 stars instead of 5. I personally prefer the Eve Lom cleansing balm, which does a better job with waterpoof makeup and has a thicker texture which I prefer.
