After countless tries to find a cream that will keep my skin from peeling off, this is it for me. I’ve tried every brand under the sun, either too heavy or not moisturizing enough. I use this cream as my only moisturizer, morning & night. I’m on isotrentinoin and between this & slugging with Vaseline at night, I have not peeled & skin looks as best as can be expected during my treatment phase. Obviously I have horrible skin (hence being on isotrentinoin) this moisturizer was not too occlusive & miraculously did not cause acne to flare. After 2 months of using, can say I actually can see some diminished fine lines as well. 47yr old female

It can be slightly tingly when my face is too red. The sensation disappears in a bit though. Over the days, I’ve noticed that my skin has been recovering with no flakes. Oh, sometimes it’s better to nourish your skin and let it recover when you see the skin flaking vs using exfoliants.
