Pretty good, heavy moisturizer!
So, this moisturizer is mostly petroleum jelly, which I don't think I understood while ordering. They add paraffin wax in to it to help it spread and be less greasy. It works really well to protect broken skin barriers and not be obviously shiny/greasy on your face, but I wouldn't use it as an everyday moisturizer.

With very sensitive eczema skin, there was no irritation at all. Provides a lot of moisture and it is easy to tap off excess after two minutes. This is good for extremely dry skin but if your skin doesn't require intense moisturizer this could provide to much.

Intense is accurate!
I purchased this product because my husband and I are older and our skin has been very dry this winter. Plus, my husband's skin has a lot of very dry, itchy patches. I have a few too. This product is very intense and you do have to use it sparingly, but in just a short period of time it has helped sooth our skin and heal some of the patches. I typically use it at night to give it more time to absorb into the skin since it is greasy.

I use this after peels or if my skin is irritated from tretinoin cream. Zero irritation and plenty of moisture. It takes all night to soak in and will end up on your pillow. It does not stain and will wash out easily. Very shiny and not something you would wear out or under any makeup.
