I've tried many ice creams that claim help with under eye bags. I think this one had been the best so far. Combined with keeping my head elevated during sleep, had shown three most effective results. This eye gel feels like a hybrid gel-cream. I was worried it would be more gel than cream, but has some substance to it without being too thick. Really easy to spread like a gel and put concealer on top without pilling or creasing. I really like the EltaMD pumps and do not find that too much comes out like other reviews of this product. But I have been using their pumps a long time and have gotten used to using the right amount of pressure, but not too much. I have extremely sensitive skin and this is one of the few eye creams that does not feel tingly around my eyes. I give 4 stars because while it feels good going on, I don't see any difference after using a few weeks and moisture does not last nearly as long as other, more hydrating products on the market.
