I have used SO MANY sunscreens! So hard to find a good sunscreen for my sensitive, dry 50 year old skin! The slight tint is absolutely perfect. No need for make up. Can also wear concealer over sunscreen if I feel it is needed!

Holy Grail
After trying MANY sunscreens, this is as close to holy grail as I've gotten. I like that it is a physical sunscreen because it does not sting my face (I use retin-a) or eyes. I'm about an NC20 and find that the tint works well for me. I don't use foundation on a daily basis, as I find that this gives me just enough coverage to look polished. The consistency is somewhat like a mousse and it blends seamlessly. I have oily acne prone skin and this does not aggravate my skin. It does not dry matte, its more of a dewy finish, but a very light dusting of translucent powder eliminates any shine. The price is a little high, that is considering it is for a product that should be applied liberally multiple times a day, every single day. However, this is the first sunscreen that I have repurchased.

Elta MD tinted UV Broad Spectrum sunscreen
I have been using this sunscreen on my face for at least ten years. I have a history of skin cancers particularly on my face. It is extremely important with my fair skin to have daily protection. I like this product because it is not all white like some sunscreens. I never seem to get sunburned on my face due to my diligence and this product. My face is never oily and it feels good. Try it. You will like it!

Use it everyday
Now that I am a little older, I need more from my skin products. EltaMD tinted SPF 41 is my sunscreen, moisturizer and foundation. I just add blush, lipstick, eye shadow and go. It feels good going onto the skin, too, not dry, clumped or caked. Great product. Will buy this again.

Great SPF w Light Makeup Coverage
I love this SPF. It leaves a light color on the face (I have a light complexion w/ yellow undertones) that helps even out the skin. It is not greasy and does not leave my face shiny. The only con is the big size of the bottle, which makes traveling with it a little harder.

Great sunscreen
Gentle, non-irritating physical sunscreen (9% zinc oxide & 7% titanium dioxide) that is excellent for my extra-sensitive and acne-prone skin. Its tint might look dark coming out of the tube but provides a sheer yet sufficient coverage if you have fair skin. On my Fitzpatrick IV skin type, it can make me appear a little pale/whitish (I’m Asian who has medium brown skin tone with yellowish undertone). However, I don’t mind as it helps to camouflage some of the redness on my cheeks following a fractionated CO2 laser procedure for acne scars. If you have dry skin like I do, you might need to use a separate moisturizer underneath otherwise, it wears nicely by itself or under makeup. I’d definitely repurchase!
