This sunscreen is light and goes on easily. Wish the tint was a little more for coverage. You barely know it is there. It doesn’t feel drying or oily.

Makes my skin look great
This product helped keep my face from getting a sunburn during a week at the beach! My skin feels smoother and looks clearer as well. I wish it was a little more moisturizing but it's oil-free so I assume that's why it doesn't feel super creamy when I apply it.

I was finding myself with too much sun after a few weeks of every-morning quarantine walks/runs. My aesthetician recommended this over the lighter-weight formula Elta MD tinted suncscreen that I had been using because this version stays on better for workouts. I like this formula a lot. I think it's working well, too. The only 1/2 star that I'll take off is for the VERY slight paleness that it gives my skin after applying which the lighter-weight Elta MD doesn't do. I know that it's from the physical sunscreen included, but I want to call it out for darker-skinned people who might find it impacts their skin tone more than they want in a tinted sunscreen. See if you can get a sample. I'm a medium/fair skinned Caucasian 43-year old woman and the residual paleness is barely an issue. I'll buy this again.

Excellent Sunscreen
Goes on so easily with no white cast. Looks good under makeup as well. Keeps my skin very protected. The only think I wish were better is the color of the tint. Its a little taup-ey on me as opposed to a light golden brown tint. I have pale white skin naturally and it appears to wash me out a bit. Other than that, I would buy it again or go with no tint as the product is wonderful.

Been using for years
I've been using this sunscreen for years. I try others, but always come back to this one. I'm a low maintenance woman, and don't need foundation with this. It can be drying however, that's why I gave it 4 stars.

Goes on easily and doesn't take much. The tint doesn't seem to come off but would still prefer to have it available w/o tint. Tint seem universal and am medium toned skin nearing 60. Had to purchase for procedure and was recommended by my plastic surgeon as were all the others that I purchased EltaMD. Overall would give it a 4.5 as I have found another physical sunscreen on this site I like better.

I love all Elta MD products. I purchased this one because it is non-irritating enough to use on sensitive skin. I fell and had a large abrasion on might left cheek. This product does not sting at all. Very light. Although it is tinted, it does leave a slightly white film, but it does eventually blend out. Am very satisfied.

Great Facial Sunscreen
I love this tinted sunscreen except for one problem, and that is the reason for a 4 rather than 5 star rating. I had previously used the EltaMD UV Pure Broad-Spectrum SPF 47 on my face. It worked great for protection, but, I like the tinted version for my face now and use the other for the rest of my body. One issue I have with this particular sunscreen, though, is that I find it pills up after I apply my BB Cream and powder. I apply sunscreen after all other serums and moisturizers, and before my foundation. I think I am applying it correctly. I did not have this problem with the overall sunscreen.

love/hate with the tint
I like this sunscreen, but probably prefer a sunscreen without the tint. I slather it on my face and neck, and then worry if I'm getting color on my collar.

Good for sensitive skin!
This sunscreen gives you great protection and is gentle for sensitive skin. But, like most EltaMD sunscreens, it is not very moisturizing, so you can layer it over a moisturizer. I like that it’s all mineral.

I like this SPF. I think I like the untinted version better. This gives a decent tint if I'm running out the door, but it is a little light and I already have fair skin. I'm not sure how this would lay on darker skin tones. It's not ashy or cakey at all though and the formula is smooth and non greasy. It goes on nicely over my other skincare products and doesn't cause my foundation or powder to separate or cake in weird places. It seems to protect against the sun well. I am an airline pilot and am exposed to much higher UV levels at altitude.

I already used the Elta clear, so I tried this one, too, when it went on sale. Nice texture, non-reactive on my skin, and the color was light enough to look good on my light skin. It settled in my pores a bit, but that happens with most tinted creams. Would recommend.
