This is my third attempt at finding a sun screen. This one is the best. I’ve stopped looking. It floats on and doesn’t leave a pasty white film. I’m going to try their sunscreen for all over.

Moisturizing SPF!
Finally found a sun protector that works for my aging, dry skin. Using SPF is a must especially living in Arizona. Most sunscreens are thick, pasty, and drying. The EltaMD Sheer is perfect--it moisturizes and protects. It is a perfect makeup base as well. No pilling, and the shine is subtle. My makeup lasts all day and I feel protected. What more can you ask for?

No white cast!
This is a great sunscreen and leaves no white cast on your face. I like their tinted but it's a bit light for me if I have any tan and I don't like applying it to my neck and chest as the color gets on bathing suits. This is lightweight and works great. Elta is the best sunscreen!

Feels beautiful and dries nicely
I received a sample of this from LovelySkin and decided to purchase the full size. It is a combination sunscreen with a thin texture. At first, it seems really wet, but it dried down on my skin fairly quickly, leaving a slight sheen that is easily toned down with powder if desired. It feels so lightweight, and the little makeup I wear seems to sit nicely over it. I can't believe this an 50+ SPF with zinc in the ingredients. I would love to see a tinted version, just to add a subtle glow to my light skin.

I wanted to try a waterproof version for the summer months due to the heat in California so I bought this one since I love their other sunscreens. The formula goes on white looking but somehow the white blends into the skin and you're not left with a white over cast. It does leave you looking more dewy but I don’t mind since my skin type is on the drier side. I would definitely purchase this sunscreen again.

I eagerly purchased this newest EltaMD product as soon as it came out ~ I like that it's SPF 50, and that it's truly sheer! It goes on with a moisturizing feel, also dewy, but not at all greasy or heavy. I wear it on days when I am not wearing my favorite SkinCeuticals physical fusion UV defense SPF 50. If I were to travel somewhere warm + sunny, I would layer them both!!
