Great Cleanser for Winter Parched Skin
While I was very impressed with this cleanser during a recent cold spell in Southern California for keeping my skin from drying out, I realized that it was a little too moisturizing for my combination skin once the weather started warming up. This is a problem that I have been dealing with for years and one that requires me to rotate some products according to climate changes, my skin type, and aggressive gym workouts because my skin starts to break out and also may cause some milia to form. Foe those of you who suffer from. very dry skin or have very sensitive skin, this is the perfect cleanser for you. It did not burn my eyes, and has a lovely creamy consistency, and one that I will continue to use during the cooler winter months! I have a friend who has been using this line for years and will not use anything else because she and her dermatologist have found that it continues to be an effective cleanser for her aging dry skin!

This cleanser is very gentle on my skin. It is not my normal cleanser as I only use this for 5 days after I have a chemical peel done, but it does a good job. I only took off a star because it is not my favorite product as it doesn't leave my face feeling as clean as my other products.

This cleanser is great for mature, somewhat dry plus sensitive skin. I have been using it for well over a year, and it does not irritate at all my face. I would have given it 5 stars, but it does not easily or thoroughly clean through my sunscreen. I have to use a cotton pad after cleansing to thoroughly cleanse my face.

This cleanser feels lovely. I haven't noticed that it leaves any film on my skin. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I don't know that it's any better than less expensive products I used before (Paula's Choice and Neutrogena). It also hasn't done anything to help my dry flaky skin, but it also hasn't made it worse either. If it's worth it to you to spend extra money on a product that feels really nice, even if it doesn't perform any differently, then buy it.
