Good for healing but not for everyday
I like this product for healing my chapped lips. However, I can only use this occasionally, since daily use was drying my lips out. I did find other uses though, I usually scratch my skin until I bleed, so itching occurs the next day. Rubbing this stuff on my "wounds" works wonders. I find if my skin is itching, just use this stick.

Healing lips
I am not sure that the hydrocortisone was any real help but it still is a pretty good lip balm. It is still better than the ones you get in drug stores.
