It's a good base.
this is a good, not great eye shadow base. I would recommend if you are not trying to make it from early am through the evening.

Good for mature skin
Finally I’ve found a good eye base product. It goes on smooth and doesn’t dry out or get flaky like other eye primers. You can wear it alone and even put your eyelid color or use as a base. I use it under cream eyeshadow.
