I bought this with the intention of using it on acne prone areas of my body, like my back. This is a VERY THICK lotion so it doesn't spread easily over large areas like the back. Because it's SO THICK it doesn't sit comfortably on the skin. I also discovered this lotion is VERY, VERY STRONG -- my skin started peeling and it took several weeks for it to get back to normal. I have another body lotion that's 20% free glycolic acid that didn't cause my skin to peel, so I don't know why this is Glytone one is so darn potent. This is a good lotion, it does renew the skin, but it needs to be used with caution. I recommend using a small amount sparingly on small areas.

Strong Glytone!
Since I live in a warm, humid climate, this heavy and powerful creme is definitely part of my nighttime ritual- too thick for daytime use for me. I can certainly feel the tingling action of the glycolic acid at work and I do NOT have sensitive skin. I once used shortly after exfoliating- much too “stingy”- will not make that mistake again, LOL! I really appreciate the power of this product- will be subscribing.

I have eczema and little bumps on my shins that only respond to this lotion combined with the exfoliation body wash. The lotion is super thick. I apply in the shower on dampened skin which helps it soak in and cuts the thickness. It works wonders. Highly recommend for those with rough dry skin in the winter months.

Help for Mature Skin
I ordered this based on a recommendation from Melissa55 on YouTube. She is actually 65 and looks better than any YouTube personality I’ve watched. The skin on various areas of my body was beginning to look crepey and dry, despite regularly slathering myself with moisturizer. I’ve been using this product now for a few weeks and while it’s early to tell if there is improvement in the tone and appearance of my skin, it certainly feels like it’s working. It has a thick consistency and tingles for several moments after applying. It is not fragranced but does have a mild, non-offensive smell to it. I intend to use it for at least a few months as I know skin interventions take a while to be evident. My initial assessment is that Melissa55 knows what she is talking about!
