Extra protection!
Dr Dray recommended this as one of the only oral supplements that benefit skin. Vitamin B3 is in addition and has shown some benefit for skin. These capsules are easy to swallow. It is a reasonably priced supplement. It is really too soon to assess an improvement from taking half a bottle but I am willing to give it a chance.

I have used this product for several years. I use it on a daily basis to protect my skin. I am very fair and burn easily. Remember that you MUST still use a topical sunscreen. I will continue to use this product. My dermatologist also recommends this.

My dermatologist recommended Heliocare Advanced
I have blonde hair and blue eyes and am prone to Basel cell carcinoma skin cancers; have had two MOHS surgeries. My Derm recommended Heliocare Advanced to fight effects of free radicals and help my body build resistance to the sun. The recommended dose is 500 mg twice a day, I have only used it for two months and hope it is protecting my skin against future surgeries. Sunscreen is still very important to use daily.

Using Helocare advantage
My Dermatologist recommended that I use Heliocare. I have been using it about a year. My dermatologist has told me that he sees fewer pre cancers to freeze om my forehead and face since I started taking the capsules bid. He asked me to use Heliocare along with sunscreen. It has made a wonderful difference for me. I am 72 years old and enjoy swimming and gardening daily. So this is wonderful for me in San Diego. I appreciate these of keeping pre cancer away.

Year Round Supplement
I have taken this supplement for almost 3 years. I spend a lot of time in the sun with golf and yard work as my main summer activities. I always wear sunscreen but I have noticed some reduction in the amount of sunspots. While I can't attribute this directly to to Heliocare, I do not go a day without taking this supplement .

Heliocare Advanced Antioxidant Supplement
My Dermatologist recommended Heliocare to me years ago when it first came on the market as I have very fair and sensitive skin and she said it would help me combat the sun and free radicals. I took it for a short time and forgot about it. Then two years ago I asked my best friend what supplements she was taking and she too recommended Heliocare. I bought another bottle and almost instantly my nails started to grow and got really strong. I have had terrible nails my whole life and I work around horses. My nail salon even commented on what nice nails I have. Then my hair stylist asked me what I was doing differently because my hair was growing stronger and I had a ton of new growth. Heliocare! I take it everyday and if I am on the beach I take an extra one in the afternoon. I don't even get a sunburn now and I used to burn regularly. I don't really know if its helping with fine lines and wrinkles, but the other benefits make it worth the purchase. I do use a spf 30 in conjunction with this product for safety.
