I started trying this "advanced" formula after using the regular formula for a few years. This ingredient list is preferable, and the nicotinamide is helpful for addressing rosacea issues. Also, helps prevent sun damage and fades existing damage. I take 2 caps every day, plus an additional 500 mg of niacinamide at night, per doctor recommendations.
