Disappointing

I bought both the Eye Complex and the instant bright eye cream. I thought for the price, they should be moisturizing and be able to be used under my makeup. Very disappointed in the lack of moisture in the skin around my eyes. Also, it took months of discontinuing, in every combination, my other skin care products to find out why my makeup was sluffing off. I would apply my makeup and it would roll of like peeling skin. I finally thought to quit the eye creams and my makeup goes on perfectly. Both of these products are so expensive. I would have never imagined it was my eye cream.
