I have very sensitive skin and some rosacea which this is supposed to help. This left my skin too red. I could deal with the tingling but not the increased redness. Ended up returning.

It's just OK, not as "wow" as other IS Clinical serums
I wanted this serum to use on nights I was giving my skin a night off from full strength tretinoin (the amount in here is very small). I've been using it, and it's OK but it does not "wow" me like other IS Clinical serums I pretty much can't live without! I could live without this one. If you are looking for a very small amount of tretinoin daily and other decent vitamins, this may be for you but I think I bought a more all-in-one product and I need more focused skincare serums.

Not good for sensitive skin
This product had a very high star review. I believe it’s a great product as with all of IS Clinical products. However there are a few products that are not helpful for sensitive skin. This is one of them. I believe it is just too strong if you are prone to redness or breakouts. I have very sensitive skin and it caused breakouts. The active serum from IS Clinical is a much better choice for me. I do not get breakouts or redness from the active serum.
