Disappointed
Honestly wanted to love this product but it fell short. There was no pump to dispense product and the formula was not as described. Wish they also had a better shade range

New Beyond Matte Liquid Foundation Seemed Drying
I'm a long-time Jane Iredale customer, and so wanted to love this new foundation. It was very drying on me. I got the M1 shade, and applied it after the Beauty Prep Hyaluronic Serum, a daily moisturizer, and Elta MD UV Clear Broad-Spectrum SPF 46 sunscreen. I am 76, with an oily T-zone, and slightly dry to normal everywhere else. I felt I prepped my skin well yet found it difficult to spread with my fingers. It is very possibly the shade was too light, making it look worse. I am fair to light with neutral undertones. The M2 may have been better, but I'm reluctant to buy it now, as I've already wasted so much money. The Lovely Skin staff was very helpful, and one of their suggestions was to finish with a setting spray mist, which I have not yet tried. I love Jane Iredale, and use many of the products. I was so disappointed, as the Liquid Minerals makes me too glowy, and I loved the idea of a more matte finish.
