I love this powder on it's own as a foundation for lighter coverage or on top of my liquid foundation. You do need to spritz it for the the best finish and staying power. I love the color selection, and use golden glow in the winter and caramel in the summer. Beautiful, natural powder that never causes my sensitive skin to break out.

I have been using this powder now for almost 15 years plus and absolutely love it! I wear no foundation. It has great coverage and does not clog your pores. It gives your face a flawless look and I get compliments wherever I go asking me what foundation I’m using and they are blown away that I’m only wearing a powder. Best Base for my Mature Skin
I have been using the Pure Pressed Base for about twenty years. My over-seventy desert skin loves it. It is easy to control how much you put on. A light misting of D2O after applying sets it, and I forget about it for the rest of the day. It covers dark spots enough to let them recede into the background.

Love the product, not the packaging
This is my third PurePressed Base refill. I love the buildable coverage and convenience of doing touch-ups during the day. The powder is great. Unfortunately, the "dish" that the powder is pressed into is very thin and the refillable compact doesn't offer much protection. The powder will break if you drop the compact, even a short distance. The pressed powder also starts to break away from the sides of the "dish" as it is depleted. I trim a round makeup sponge and add it to the compact on top of the applicator. This cushions the powder disc. It isn't a perfect solution, but it helps.

Great Foundation
I have problem skin, even at 53 years old. Large pores, breakouts, scars from acne, the whole bit. Sometimes my face is too oily, sometimes it is too dry. This foundation covers so much without looking cakey or shiny. It gives great coverage while still looking like you aren't wearing that much makeup.
