Very nice Mineral Foundation
I like the way this makes my skin feel. It doesn’t feel « heavy » on my face. I have sensitive skin, and since using it, have not experienced any breakouts or skin rashes on my face. I like a natural look, and this facial powder gives me that look. I highly recommend it. Also, please note, this is an honest review.

Good not great
I’ve been wanting to try this for a long time since you can just buy refills and is much less wasteful than buying a new compact each time, but it’s not performing well for me. I have normal - combination skin that gets oily in tzone throughout the day but cheeks are pretty dry. So far this product doesn’t wear the best for me, trying it over a few different sunscreens. It tends to break up on my face within a few hours. I can reapply later to add coverage and it looks ok, but not great. I want to like mineral makeup because it’s good for my rosacea prone skin but it is not the best fit. I feel like it usually gets a little shiny looking and breaks up and my skin isn’t super oily (consistent w/ the few brands I’ve tried). It is also difficult to get a shade match. Wish it was easier to find in person to get that right.

This is the first time I have tried this shade/ I have been using this foundation for several years, so I have aged a little. Decided to try this shade, and I am super happy!! I think I found the color that works best at this stage of my life. I always use Jane Iredale and have always been in love with their products!!

This powder goes on very smooth and requires minimal buildup to cover problem areas. However, I wish I would have selected the next darker color. Also, it appears that this power has a "luminous" effect which I don't care for. To me, this just looks like shine I don't need. Not sure if I'll repurchase.

I love the Pressed Powder by Jane Iredale. If applied with the powder sponge it provides a nice smooth finish covering imperfections rather well. For a lighter finish, a brush applicator works great. The SPF protection is a real bonus! I also like that refills are available and that the case does not need to be purchased each time.

PurePressed Powder Foundation in Honey Bronze
It is so difficult to color match foundation online. I thought I had done it perfectly. The Honey Bronze color went on my skin and was a perfect color until several hours later. I noticed my face was really hot pink looking at the end of the day.. I think the color must be oxidizing on me, and I don't know how to fix this. I have cool undertones and I have a light to medium complexion. I like this foundation. I love that it is a powder and doesn't sit in my fine lines, it feels light on my skin and covers the imperfections. If only I knew what color I need so it doesn't oxidize and turn red.

Iredale Disappoints
I was a little disappointed in my purchase of Jane Iredale Pure Pressed Mineral Foundation Refill. It looked like a smaller amount than previous refills, although it still fit into the compact. I thought the coverage was less than I'd hoped for. The very matte finish did not seem to compliment my decidedly mature skin. I think it settles into lines on my face. Overall an expensive disappointment.

I pair this powder with the foundation and it is the best coverage, so natural, and so smooth. The ingredients are amazing and I won't wear any other foundation other than Jane Iredale because of the quality. Pro tip: buy the refill, it's cheaper, and is the same product-just in plastic.

My go-to foundation
For years running now (15+) I’ve used this pressed base foundation. It’s easy to apply (I use their brush), covers perfectly quite instantly, but best of all it doesn’t breakout my super-sensitive skin AND it contains an SPF suitable for daily use (i.e. not planning to be out in the sun for too long.) It’s matte, so if I need a little bit more glow, I follow it with some sensitive skin formula glossers.
