I made a second purchase of bronzer to fill this compact. First bronzer I used for several months, then dropped it. I think this case will be better protection. The bronzer no longer comes with its own compact so a little more expensive.

Better than the older style compact
I don't like that you have to pay extra money to buy a compact for Jane Iredale's foundation and bronzer. I had the old compact (Gold) for the bronzer, and when it was time to reorder the bronzer the compact would not stay closed so I had to buy a new one. I do like that this one closes with a magnet, and it seems a lot more sturdy that the first one I bought. I hope it will last a lot longer than the other.
