Be patient - it works but after the four times.
I use this after I swim and the last time I had my hair highlighted, the hairdresser said I had the best conditioned swimmer’s hair she had ever seen. I use it sparingly because $$$$ but stick up during sales. At first I wasn’t thrilled after the 4 uses in a row, I was impressed!

Good product though a little costly
I tried this hair repair mask in hopes of reducing frizziness and helping bring back some of my curl pattern. I have only used it once so far but my hair was smoother and I hope to continue seeing more curl definition after using it a few more times. I like this product better than it's main competitor, the hair repair mask by Olaplex, as I found that product to leave my hair more straw-like and harder to manage, as if a film was left on it. I was pleasantly surprised by how soft my hair seemed after the K18, because I had anticipated needing to balance the protein with a deep conditioning soon afterward. I wish it wasn't quite so expensive, the cost is pretty prohibitive for long term use. I was able to buy the large version because of a reward but not sure I would have bought it otherwise.

WHAT A HAIR MASK!
It is so easy and quick to condition hair without long time waiting. Also provided such rapid a lasting result. I love how i dont have to rinse it out and just blow dry or style it like usual. Hair when dry become super soft and hydrated. Definitely will buy a big size even if it is so expensive.

Great for Thin Hair
I was skeptical at first, even seeing good reviews. I periodically fall for ads and buy new hair products, but most of them turn out as disappointments, and I go back to the time-proven few. Luckily, a couple of months ago, my hair stylist showed me K18 and gave me a small sample to try at home. After a couple of tries, I ordered a large bottle. The mask does wonders to my thin, shoulder-length hair. There is more volume, less frizz, and a healthier and more polished look overall. Even dry ends look better. At first, I alternated between K18 and my regular conditioner. Recently, I've used it several times in a row and did not notice that the effect wore off with more usage. I am not sure how long it will deliver such results, but so far, I have been very happy with this product.

My new holy grail
I was skeptical at first with how this could help my bleached, damaged hair, but I'm 100% sold. I used to have waist length long hair that I severely damaged by over bleaching and had to cut it to my mid back, but I still had a lot of damage remaining. I had tried the other popular bond repairing product, but that doesn't compare to the results that I'm seeing with K18. I'm currently on my second bottle. I rarely even use conditioner anymore since this is the product I'm using instead. Since my hair is hard to comb through and you are not supposed to use any conditioner after shampooing when using this product, I've found a hack that seems to work very well for starting out with this product. I used a hair mask for 10 minutes prior to shampooing and then put 4 pumps on to different sections of my damp hair and comb through. My hair is now easy to comb through and appears much healthier and shinier.

Replacing the my former treatment.
Wow. This stuff is excellent. You MUST follow the directions. Shampoo and do not condition. Apply to damp (not wet) hair after showering and DO NOT RINSE. My hair feels great and this has replaced by "other" bond repair product. I have a straight, fine, shoulder length lob and I use 2 pumps. I have blonded hair and wash once a week. I use this every wash unless there is an extra wash that week. Also, do not use just prior to a color service. After using this twice I bought another bottle because I knew I could not be without it! That is the only drawback - it is extremely expensive.

K18 saved my hair!
Several months ago, I decided to color my hair red. This involved bleaching my already slightly-damaged hair. 2 months later, I decided red was not for me after all and had the color stripped from my hair to go blonde. Much more damage!
