Best thing to happen for hair in a long time! Once I got the hang of NOT conditioning after shampooing, which would normally be a disaster for me, it was easy to integrate into my routine. I used for the first 6 consecutive washes, then decreased from there (final frequency TBD). I’m noticing more good hair days than bad, and my curl pattern has been worthy of attention! It’s pricey, especially for those of us blessed with a lot of hair, but worth it, glad I stocked up when it went on sale!

I have been using this for about a year now. I have definitely seen less breakage since using it. I have long highlighted hair that has a natural curl to it, but I blow it straight. Bleaching my hair is what has damaged it so much. I went to a new hairdresser and she ended up bleaching over sections that were already highlighted - that's a no no for anyone that has half a brain in the industry. I use this once a week. I shampoo with an anti residue shampoo to make sure I get all my hair products off. I towel dry my hair and then work this in section by section. You need to be careful - it's easy to use too much! If you do, your hair will feel like it has wax on it. Use sparingly until you work through all the sections of your hair. After several minutes you will be able to tell if there is a section that needs a little more. I like to rub the sections between my palms to make sure all the strands are getting coated. After a few minutes I will blow it dry at a low temp. Then I put a heat protectant on and finish blowing it out at a higher temp. Trust me - I've tried it all!

I think that this treatment helped me. I was using it for 2 months (this is how long one bottle lasted for me) and my hair got better. I have bleached platinum blonde hair, it was super damaged but now it looks better. I wasn’t able to save my ends and will still need haircut, but overall I see the improvement.

Super for fine hair
This product has greatly improved my dry hair. I have shoulder length fine hair, and use the product as directed. I add a dime size amount of K18 after towel drying, wait 4 minutes and add my other hair product for volume. K18 protects my hair from feeling dry while making it feel soft. No more conditioner when shampooing, K18 takes it's place. I would highly recommend anyone to give it a try.

Healthy, shiny hair
I initially received a sample of this from my hairdresser. I then ordered the full size from LS. I have dry hair that is color treated and styled with heat. This makes my hair shiny and helps with the volume as well. It is expensive but it is not a daily use product, so it lasts longer than what you may think. I am very pleased with this product!

Great for chemically treated/damaged hair
I absolutely love this product. I have chemically treated, very fine, dry hair. No matter what I had done previously, when I brushed my hair, I would see so much hair from breakage falling upon the bathroom counter. That is no longer the case! After using this for a few weeks, I barely see any additional breakage when I brush. Can't wait for all the damage to grow out! Pricey product, but worth the splurge if weak strands is a problem!

I love this product. I saw somewhere that you can indeed use a conditioner after letting the K18 activate. So I leave it on for at least 10 minutes then follow up with a leave in conditioner. The K18 does not leave my hair greasy nor does it interfere with styling. I will be sure to purchase this whenever I can catch it on sale!

Great alternative
So I’m a diehard user of a different brand but would like a different option. I’m on my 2nd bottle now. The whole not conditioning after shampooing thing throws me a little but I just wait about 5 minutes and then I use an oil/leave in conditioner approach. I have seen some improvement in my hair. I have dark hair (except for the silver hair on my crown) that for the last 4 years I’ve been dark blonde w highlights so my hair can really be affected by this. On top of this I have autoimmune diseases and my hair is also affected by this. I’d recommend this product, I’m pretty happy w the results. I’ve tried every kind of rebounder/ conditioner out there. My hairdresser is always impressed w my knowledge. Lol

Ok for the hair
I believe this product helped with keeping my hair tamed for a few days. I just didn’t like that one cannot put conditioner on hair after shampoo before using product. Therefore it felt like I was putting this product on a broom since my hair was so hard & dry after shampoo and no conditioner. I don’t think it works the same on all hair. May be a good fit for short hair vs long.
