Typical Conditioner
For as much as this product costs and the hype behind it, it was a total let down. Did not do anything more than any other leave-in conditioner I have used. I am in the process of changing my hair to be completely grey, as opposed as just my roots, and had to do some bleaching. I was hoping this conditioner would repair any damage that was caused because of the bleaching. But it fell short and again, did nothing more than my regular leave-in conditioners that are a lot less expensive. Would not recommend.

I'm generally skeptical, and didn't think this would be different. my mom let me use some of hers while staying with her and immediately my hair was visibly softer and smoother. This is my 2nd bottle of this. It works great to repair hair. You use it for 6 consecutive washes and then every 3-4 washes after that. You shampoo your hair and then don't put on conditioner, just towel dry your hair so it's damp and apply this. Let it absorb for a few minutes and then you can continue with your normal styling products.
