I first tried the Klorane aerosol dry shampoo and loved it but decided to give this non-aerosol one a shot. It does work better than any other dry shampoo I've tried of this variety but, if you've tried this kind of loose powder before, you know that it's messy. It gets all over everything in your bathroom and fills the room for some time with a fine powder that is probably not great to breathe. If you prefer this kind over the aerosol kind though, this brand is the way to go. Gives my fine hair texture and body and extends my wash.

I purchased this quite a while ago, but I had not tried it until today when I had car problems in the morning and didn’t have time to take a shower and wash my hair. Hair was on the third day and looked and felt oily. No amount of curling was going to fix that. So I got this out and tried it. I love the non aerosol dispenser. I just puffed a little here and a little there and then massaged it well into my scalp and the oily areas of my hair. I brushed it out thoroughly and wow! This really absorbs oil and made my hair look so much better and ready for styling. There’s no fragrance and it brushed out nicely without leaving a color. Most of the other aerosols I have tried leave me feeling like I have breathed in a bunch of nasty chemicals. A bonus of this dry shampoo is that it added body to my hair and I had a nice lift on top which made me happy because the oil had been weighing it down. I may use a touch of this stuff on top on a regular basis as a “styling powder” if my hair is not cooperative!

I love this dry shampoo! It's easier to dispense than other powder dry shampoos, and is actually effective at removing excess oils from your hair. I have a lot of very fine, straight, medium brown hair that would normally need to go up in a ponytail on the second day to hide how oily it gets. With this dry shampoo I'm able to get up to 3 days of voluminous, non-greasy hair. I use it after drying my hair (either blowout or air dry) to add some texture and volume too. Unless I use way too much, it's also invisible on my hair after brushing out. Seriously, get this for a healthy, reasonably priced, effective dry shampoo!

I wasn't sure about the squeeze bottle, but once I got the hang of it, I actually found it easier to control than my old aerosol. I have very dark hair and was worried that it would be too obvious (was using the Klorane tinted version before). The trick is to spray a little at a time and sort of rub it it into your roots, then brush through after a couple of minutes—works great and actually degreases better than the aerosol.

I've used a powder dry shampoo in the past and really liked it, but the market seems to be full of aerosol dry shampoos these days, which I don't think work quite as well at absorbing the oils and extending the "life" of your hair without a full wash. My hair is blonde, wavy/straight, and gets greasy in about 5 minutes. I hate washing it. I travel a lot for work and don't like to pack all of my blow dryers and purple shampoos. I can wash my hair on a Sunday, use this on Monday or Tuesday, and just brush/restyle my hair on Wednesday, Thursday AND Friday. I might add a little more toward the end of the week depending on the season, but I don't need to redo it every day. I thought this product wouldn't be as effective and user-friendly without aerosol but was wrong! You gently squeeze the bottle, and the product easily comes out. I think it's also more effective in adding volume to my hair when styling. Also, the product lasts much longer than the aerosol version! Wish I would have tried this sooner!
