Best makeup remover I've found!
I received a trial size of the spa water with one of my orders and immediately fell in love with it. There is not any need to wash your face after removing your makeup, and I love the fresh feeling it leaves my skin. One tip that improved any stubborn mascara is to leave the cotton pad on the eye for a few additional seconds before wiping away. I have re-ordered this product twice and plan to keep it in my daily facial care routine. It is a great product!

Received a sample size of this, and the sample bottle had enough product to test out for several days. I have to say, I'm sold! It was extremely effective at removing all of my makeup at night with very little to no traces left! I used my toner afterward like I always do after washing / cleansing my face, and there really wasn't much makeup traces left that came on the cotton pad soaked with toner. Perfect for nights when I am extremely exhausted and don't feel like doing a detailed cleanse at the sink. Water Stings The Eyes
The spa water burned my eyes when applied to remove mascara, which is a major part of my cleansing routine. Two stars for the soft pure cotton pads that came in the free travel kit, but the system, in addition to care needed to avoid getting solution in eyes, is inefficient and costly overall when a person can buy all-in-one makeup remover cloths that do a good cleansing job (without eye burn) for less money.

Who knew I would love cleansing "spa water"!?
Love everything about the Koh Gen Do Cleansing Spa Water. I must admit I was skeptical about purchasing "spa water, " but it is wonderful for my sensitive skin. I use it in the morning as my method of cleansing and use it in the evening as a secondary cleanser to remove makeup and grime from the day. No oil and no fragrance is a definite plus and the fact that it is the only cleansing water that I found to contain lactic acid was a selling point for me! Best Cleansing Water
I have recently switched back from using Klorane Soothing Face and Eye Makeup Remover and I prefer Koh Gen Do Cleansing Water. I use KGD plus my cotton pads every morning to wash my face instead of using cleanser and tap-water and my skin looks great! I'm convinced Koh Gen Do is the best cleansing water.

I washed my face way too much, morning and night with various types of face washes out there over many years. I am learning now that all we need are products like this one to clean our face and neck and eyes. It takes off eye makeup very well, face base, spf and makeup. I like to use the big cotton pads and just gently have a go. My skin feels better than when I was using all the fancy washes out there. Try it and you will maybe change your routine too! I happen to have dry skin, but I can't imagine any type would be amiss.
