Ok if you’re not sensitive to sunscreen
I bought this because I love Posay products and am very sensitive to sunscreen on my face. It did a great job screening out the sun but my skin broke out a little, but not as bad as other products in the past so it is better. I bought it for occasional and necessary use for when I’m out in the direct sun for more than a walk to and from my car. It’s my skin issues rather than the product itself, but people with this sensitivity issue beware. I tried and will continue to try other products until I find one.

Leaves white residue, not suited for dark skin tones.
I am a fan of La Roche-Posay products and in the past have favored them over any other brand, but this one didn't meet my expectations. It is a good price, but for someone with dark skin, like myself, it doesn''t work. It gives my skin a very artificial white hue, and as other reviewers have pointed out, if you are not careful spreading it evenly on your skin, it will leave a white rim on the hairline. Wouldn't recommend this product for persons with dark skin.

Love this sunscreen
This is actually the first time I'm using a sunscreen product on my face daily. I was previously depending on the SPF in my makeup to protect my skin. This goes on smooth and vanishes into my darker complexion immediately, no grease or shine. I wear under my makeup and its perfect. Love this product!

Good for oily skin
I'm always in search of a holy grail sun screen, and so far, I haven't found it yet. But I do like this one, and it's pretty good for oily skin. It dries to a nice finish and makeup seems to go on easily on top.

Holy grail status.
I had a favorite sunscreen years ago that's since been reformulated. I found this recently and had my doubts. Not since my old sunscreen have a had such good protection. It''s a creamy consistency, but it's not heavy. I suffer from comedones(closed)but this didn't exacerbate them. Also I never burned! Price is great, esp. on LovelySkin.com. <3

Good for oily t-zone area
I have a very oily T-zone, so I like to use this on my forehead. Can be too drying for use on the whole face though.

Unfortunately, this product did not work for my sensitive but oily skin. It went on dry and makeup flowed on nicely (powder makeup). During the day, it keep a check on the oil. My face stayed dry. Unfortunately, underneath that dry exterior was a rash. I developed a blister rash on the bridge and between eyebrows and ruddy rash on the chin and upper lip area. It required a dermatology appointment and prescription strength hydrocortisone lotion.

Great for problem skin
I thought I would try the LAROCHE-POSAY ANTHELIOS CLEAR SKIN SPF 60, even though I have a favorite by EltaMD. I now have two favorites! It applies nicely and is not greasy at all. I use tretinoin and am very cautious in the sun. It works. I'm also prone to oily/acne issues and have not had a problem. I like this product and highly recommend it.

I have very oily skin. This sunscreen has great coverage and does not leave an oily residue on your skin like many sunscreens do. It is a matte finish, with no heavy scent. I really love this sunscreen and you cant beat the spf 60. Fantastic, and reasonably priced too.
