This is a lightweight facial formula
I use this after vitamin C serum in the morning as a base layer of sunscreen. It is light and feels easily absorbed. Because it is thin and clear, I follow this with at least a thicker tinted moisturizer with sunscreen.

I was so excited to try it out as it seems like a perfect thing to have - moisturizer and spf and antioxidant! It has a very good texture, doesn’t look oily, no smell - and for all these things I give stars. But, unfortunately, it gave me allergic reaction and it’s so pricy! I hope my husband will appreciate it more and will be able to enjoy the vitamin c and e, and cell-ox shield and baicalin.

I have used La Roche-Posay Anthelios products in the past and am always impressed with the sunscreen. This product works great as a morning moisturizer because it goes on thin, and seems to absorb quickly. It doesn't have that kind of sticky feel that some sunscreens have. However, I don't get the sense it is 50spf. It is definitely not sweat proof (nor does it claim to be). I doubt I will repurchase.

Works on combo skin
I am always looking for products that address multiple beauty issues. This product is pretty nice and although it is a serum for moisturizing and 50 SPF. I found it to be a little greasy for my combo skin but it would work best for someone with dry skin. I would say give it a try and I still use it on days that I am just working around the house.
